This is the 7th consecutive year the company has been in compliance with ISO standards since its inaugural ISO 13485:2003 certification in 2007. This makes Pelstar LLC/Health o meter Professional Scales the first and longest standing professional scale company with ISO 13485 certification. The annual ISO audit ensures that the company consistently meets the quality management system requirements of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). ISO 13485 sets forth requirements for the quality management system of medical devices for regulatory purpose. The strict standards help the company better meet customer requirements while also managing risk and efficiency.
