The all-digital 2622KL is engineered with enhanced safety features to ensure a comfortable weighing experience for patients standing on the platform or for those who use wheelchairs. Certified for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance, the dual ramps adhere to a 1:8 slope ratio and the handrail height is within the required 34”-38” range. The ramps and extra-large 32” x 40” platform feature a 2” edge protection to prevent roll-offs, and antislip caution tape on the ramps provide enhanced safety. The platform folds for storage, and
built-in casters are included for added convenience and mobility. The scale has a weight capacity of up to 1,000 pounds (454 kilograms). As an all-in-one scale, the 2622KL meets the U.S. Access Board Standards for both stand-on and wheelchair scales, and is ideal for doctor’s offices, hospitals, clinics, and acute or long-term care facilities. Additional features include an antimicrobial keypad, a wall-mounted display head, and a large non-skid platform.
