Megan Thies

Megan joined Pelstar as Regional Sales Director – East, bringing extensive experience in medical sales and healthcare. Her career has centered on building strong customer relationships, understanding complex healthcare needs, and delivering solutions that create meaningful value for customers and their organizations alike.

Before joining Pelstar, Megan gained a broad view of the healthcare industry across several roles: distribution experience at McKesson, a strategic account manager position at Terumo, and a corporate account role at Integra LifeSciences. These roles shaped her passion for consultative selling, strategic account development, and helping healthcare professionals solve challenges that ultimately support better patient care.

Megan is excited to bring that experience to Pelstar and contribute to a company that shares her commitment to quality, innovation, customer service, and making a difference in healthcare. She holds a bachelor's degree in Health Science.

Megan resides in Wheaton, Illinois, with her husband, Bob, and their two children.
