Alexandria Deckert

Alex joined Pelstar in 2026 as Western Director of Sales, bringing more than 12 years of experience in the medical device industry and a diverse background in capital equipment sales. She has a strong understanding of Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) across the continuum of care.

During her 10-year tenure at Enthermics, Alex advanced through a series of roles in inside sales, marketing, and strategic account management before ultimately serving as Director of Sales. She later joined Mindray as a Regional Manager, where she built and led an eight-person sales team and guided them through complex, system-wide clinical conversions in collaboration with hospital leadership.

Recognized for her data-driven sales approach, Alex consistently establishes credibility with customers and internal stakeholders to drive sustained market growth. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Concordia University.

Alex resides in Neosho, Wisconsin, with her husband, Jesse, and their son, Clayton.
