Edward Niedoba is the Engineering Manager at Pelstar, where he leads the Engineering and Quality teams. He joined the company in 2025 with a background in developing and manufacturing medical devices and drug-device combination products in both startup and established environments. Edward is passionate about delivering high-quality medical products that improve care around the world. He holds bachelor’s and M.S. degrees in biomedical engineering from Case Western Reserve University and an M.Eng. in polymer engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
