The Health o meter® Professional BTKIT-02 allows practitioners to add wireless connectivity to their existing scale. The kit includes a wireless module for installation into the scale’s display head and a USB dongle for the scale to communicate with an external device, such as a vital signs monitor or PC. The BTKIT-02 allows facilities to wirelessly transmit measurements directly into an EMR system to increase workflow efficiency and reduce the risk of error from manual data entry. This direct transmission conveniently eliminates the frustration of tangled wires and the tripping hazard of long cables and cords.

This kit is for facilities that want to connect to Welch Allyn® Connex® devices: Connex® Spot Monitor, Connex® Vital Signs Monitors, and Connex® Integrated Wall Systems. This kit can connect to select EMR systems via a Windows® PC or Ceiba Healthcare’s IoMT eConnect Box and Cloud platform. Transmitting data into an EMR system requires that the user’s Windows® PC has one of the following systems installed: Allscripts TouchWorks® or Professional™, Midmark® IQmanager® or ChARM Health EHR.

  • Bluetooth® Capable or Bluetooth® Card* Communication Range:
